Leah Sarago holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Dance from Ithaca College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Phi Kappa Phi Honors in the top ten percent of her class. She has also earned awards and recognition for her creativity and excellence in exercise physiology and neuromuscular control. Moreover, she has been involved in choreographing and dancing with various dance companies on numerous productions. Leah is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS ) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Leah travels the country leading workshops that feature her Ballet Body by Leah Sarago techniques.
